My name is Kate and I have lived in Gosport for 5years with my husband and three children aged 10-14yrs. I am on the leadership team of LNC as I believe in the unity of community’s working together. My strengths lie in networking and volunteering. I work part time in an office for a charity, and volunteer in my local charity shop. I am passionate about Mental Health & Wellbeing and I am currently being trained as a MH champion in my workplace. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, gardening and craft. I am dedicated to fostering older rescue dogs and providing them end of life care. I believe in my faith that there is no greater love than ‘love thy neighbour’.
Married for over 30 years with three adopted children, Sam has lived most of her life in Gosport. Her interests are local Gosport interest groups, reading/films and walks with the dog and family.
Having worked in many different work environments, she currently works part time as a Learning Support Assistant at a nearby school; enjoying this role the most.
Born into a naval Christian family Sam has loved being part of church life helping/leading youth clubs, coffee mornings, Parents and Toddlers and outreach ministries.
Presently she loves being able to just walk to and support a local church in her neighbourhood.
